VOX Martial Arts School, 1234 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA. This policy covers voxmartialarts.com. It does not cover membership paperwork, waivers or billing handled in person at the school.
When you submit the free trial form. Your name, phone number, email address, the program you're interested in, your experience level, and anything you write in the message box. We use it to contact you about a trial class and your membership. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and emailed to us.
Automatically, when you browse. Standard web traffic information such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. This comes from our host and from the advertising tools described below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not collect payment details on this website.
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record which pages you visit and whether you submit the trial form, and it shares that activity with Meta. If you have given us your email address or phone number, that information may also be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so it can be matched to an account without being readable as plain text.
We use this to measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who have visited this site or who resemble our members. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy, and may use it for its own purposes as well.
How to opt out. You can turn off personalized advertising in your Meta ad preferences, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's or device's tracking-protection features. You can also email us at the address below and ask us not to use your information for advertising.
Our contact page embeds a Google Map, and our pages load fonts from Google. Both send your IP address to Google. Our review link points to our Google Business Profile.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for advertising. We keep trial requests for as long as we're in touch with you about training, and membership records as long as the law requires. We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our advertising, and where the law requires it. We don't sell it or give it to anyone else.
Our kids programs are enrolled by a parent or guardian in person. This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information online from anyone under 13.
